This Privacy Policy describes how The Rowing Drills Compendium ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://rowingdrills.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

- Usage & device data (automatic). When you visit, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address (which may be anonymized), browser type, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date/time of your visit.

- Opt out of personalized advertising from many vendors at aboutads.info/choices (US), NAI opt-out, or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions.
- Where required by law, we will request your consent (via a cookie/consent banner) before setting non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers that perform analytics and advertising on our behalf (e.g., Google), and we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. Our use of advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out using the advertising controls in Section 5. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors.

8. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still use the cookie and advertising controls described above.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data retention & security
Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the policies of the respective providers. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
